Rhema Christian Church Ministry (RCCM) is delighted to announce the celebration of its 7th Anniversary in the United States and 14th Anniversary worldwide. • Unity: Recognising and celebrating both the U.S. and international RCCM teams who serve tirelessly in ministry.
• Vision for the Future: Casting and consolidating RCCM’s mission and organisational framework as we step into 2026 and beyond.

More than just a commemoration, this anniversary is a prophetic gathering — a moment for the RCCM family to come together, strengthen our bonds, and prepare for the next chapter of ministry. Rhema Christian Church Ministries is a non-profit organisation located in Westbrook, Maine. Its mission is to reach the world with the life-changing power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equipping people to grow in grace and live righteously. RCCM believes that everyone has a role in fulfilling the Great Commission, and its pillars of worship, outreach, discipleship, and ministry reflect that commitment.

Founded in 2010 by Pastor Samuel Luzingu in Angola, RCCM expanded to the United States when Pastor Samuel relocated in 2016. The American branch was formally incorporated in 2020 and continues to grow under his visionary leadership. Pastor Samuel, a gifted teacher and minister, is currently pursuing advanced theological studies and continues to shape lives through doctrine, service, and mentorship across two continents.
